Creative ideas. However, for idea 2, you should make sure that historical data (from 2010 onward) is consistently available for all regions and universities. Public datasets may be incomplete or have gaps, so consider how you will handle missing data. Also, for idea 3, you might face some challenges when scraping data from Sephora.

Great presentation. As I mentioned, it is a really big topic that even hundreds of economists are still debating for half a century.. So maybe instead of targeting at an ultimate answer to whether min wage increases or decreases employment and welfare, you can try a more analytics approach. Say, creating a dashboard which could return some visualizations based on states or cities selected with maps etc. Combining it with # of employers and # jobos in the area could be interesting too. |
